These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SellXAI ("SellXAI", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, dashboard, and any connected messaging integrations (including WhatsApp and Facebook/Meta features). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

SellXAI is operated by Media Ai. Our services help businesses manage leads, conversations, and messaging campaigns, including integrations with Meta platforms such as WhatsApp Business and Facebook Pages.

2. Using our services

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business account you connect to SellXAI. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the platform policies of any third-party service you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Facebook Community Standards.

3. Connected accounts (Meta / WhatsApp / Facebook)

When you connect a Meta account, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp Business Account to SellXAI, you authorize us to access and manage that account's messaging, leads, and related data strictly to provide the features you request, such as sending and receiving messages, managing leads, and displaying account status. You can disconnect these integrations at any time from your dashboard.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials and access tokens confidential.
• Only message contacts who have consented to be contacted, in line with applicable messaging and privacy laws.
• Do not use SellXAI to send spam, misleading content, or content that violates Meta's policies.
• You are responsible for the content of messages and campaigns you send through the platform.

5. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data obtained through connected Meta accounts is used only to provide the requested features and is handled in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SellXAI if these Terms are violated, if required by a connected platform's policies, or to protect the security and integrity of our services. You may stop using SellXAI and disconnect any integrations at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SellXAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including issues caused by third-party platforms such as Meta or WhatsApp.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SellXAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
